| Hey there
and thanks for coming. Come on in and join us for a virtual tour of our Brewery and check out exactly what it takes to brew and package your favorite Casco Bay and Carrabassett beers. |

Our Behemoth Grain Silo: This baby, the eighth wonder of the world, holds 40,000 pounds of the finest imported 2 Row Canadian Barley just waiting for the games to begin. |
The Mill Room: (Not Pictured) The beginning of it all. This is where we combine our 2 row with our specialty grains to be crushed, preparing them for the trip over to the mash tun where the magic begins to happen. |

Ahhh: Where it all happens
Here we see our Brewers (Bryan & Bob) hard at work preparing the days batches. Note: Our Mash Tun and Brew Kettle craft in small 20 Bbl.batches
by blending the smaller batches later in our larger 40 Bbl.fermenters we are able to create a more consistent product. Taste the difference for yourself. |

 |
Grain Out: A little elbow grease going a long way. Here, Tim strikes a pose breaking a sweat on our good friend Farmer Jim Christiensen's trailer. We are proud to say all our spent grains are picked up regularly by Jim and used to feed his many sheep he raises here in Maine. |
 |
 |
The Line Up: Our Fermenters and Conditioning Tanks. Here we have our six proud cylindriconical (cool word, huh?) fermenting vessels neatly resting by our recycled dairy tanks enjoying their new life as conditioning tanks
(from milk to beer; we know they couldn't be happier). |

From Brewing to Packaging
we do it all. Our imported friends. Ahh, Italy... the finest music, food, wine, and uh, Bottling Lines right?...at least it speaks the international language of beer. Pictured are our good friends Bob and Tim slaving away on our Italian friend... making sure the end product is as good as it can be. |
 |
 |
The Finish Line: where all the effort pays off. Here we are, in our Tasting Room sampling our latest efforts. Call ahead, grab some friends and join us for the real thing: a tour and a draught straight from source... on the house. |
