Bryan Smith - Owner, President and BrewMaster |
Bryan joined Casco Bay in January of 1995 on the bottling line, and, despite his fancy title, can still be found stacking cases and inspecting the bottles as they come out of the labeler. Bryan has an 8 handicap and plays a Billy Smith goaltending style, so watch your legs in the crease. Bryan spends a lot of time playing with his new son, Shepard, and feeding Cooper (see below). |

Jason Ouellette - Assistant Brewer |
When not brewing, running the bottling line, playing keyboards in an excellent Dead cover band or entertaining friends up at Sugarloaf, Jason finds time to be a full-fledged hippie. Who would have ever thought? - a hippie in a Dead cover band. Jason - breaking down barriers. |

Jim Walters - Production (aka MacGyver) |
Jimmy fixes stuff all the time. He never sits still. He builds and monkeys and tinkers and improves and then he'll find something to go clean up. Really, he makes the rest of us look bad. So, we're going to have to let him go. I mean, we can't have him making us look bad all the time, can we? |

Bambi St. Pierre - Office Manager |
Without Bambi, there would be chaos; not the fun kind of controlled insanity you look for at a small company, but the painful, terrifying kind of nightmare from which nothing ever escapes. Additionally, Bambi currently holds the Brewery Triple Crown as the Smartest, Strongest, and Most Beautiful woman. Yea Bambi! |

Paul Fickett - Sales Manager, Casco Bay Products |
Paul has been with Casco Bay for more than four years now, and he is more fired up today that he was when he started. We're sure that having two young sons eating him out of house and home has nothing to do with his motivation level. Nope. Paul works so hard on the road that we never see him at the brewery. Gee, that's too bad. |

Steve Prince - Sales Manager, Carrabassett Products |
From Steve's front porch, you can see the slopes of Sugarloaf. If you look closely enough, you can see Steve telemarking down the mountain for one last run before he heads to a gig playing guitar in a local bar. Hey! What are you doing on Steve's porch while he's not there? Put that down! |

This 140-pound Newfoundland rules the roost. |
